Domestic Shipping (Within India):
- Standard Shipping: ₹100 flat rate or free for orders above ₹5,000.
- Express Shipping: Rates vary based on location and carrier, displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Rates depend on destination country and order weight.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.
International Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on destination.
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or unforeseen delays.
3. Order Processing and Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: If your order includes custom or made-to-order jewelry, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for production.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through the shipping provider’s website.
- For domestic orders, tracking is available through our courier partners.
- For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves India, depending on the destination country’s postal service.
5. Shipping Restrictions
While we ship to most countries, some locations may have shipping restrictions or limitations due to carrier availability or local customs regulations.
- Restricted Locations: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain regions with severe logistical issues.
- Customs and Duties (International Orders): International customers are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country’s customs department. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
6. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address
Velora Jewels is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
