Return Policy

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and receipts.
    • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@velorajewels.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Condition of Items:
    • Items returned must be in the same condition as they were received. If the item is damaged, worn, or altered, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom orders, engraved pieces, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

    • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Shipping Fees:

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@velorajewels.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
