Cancellation Policy
At Velora Jewels, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether it’s a last-minute change of heart or a shift in circumstances, our goal is to accommodate your needs with clarity and fairness while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. 1. Cancellation Timeframe
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we begin the preparation process, making it difficult to cancel without incurring costs.
- Standard Orders: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry (e.g., bespoke designs, engravings, or special adjustments), cancellations for these items are not possible once production has begun.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at hello@velorajewels.com within the allowed timeframe. In your message, kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A brief reason for the cancellation request
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm if your cancellation is successful.
3. Cancellation Fees
For standard products canceled within the 24-hour window, no fees will apply. However, for custom or personalized items, a cancellation may result in a non-refundable deposit or fee based on the progress of production. This fee covers costs incurred during the design, material sourcing, or early production stages.
- Custom or Bespoke Orders: If production has started, a fee of up to 50% of the order value may be charged to cover material and labor costs.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be canceled after the order has been placed and processed:
- Custom or Personalized Jewelry: Any product that is custom-made, engraved, resized, or altered in any way for the customer.
- Final Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during promotional events, sales, or using discount codes are not eligible for cancellation once the order is processed.
5. Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed, any eligible refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If your order is already in the shipping stage, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
6. Velora Jewels’ Right to Cancel
In rare cases, Velora Jewels reserves the right to cancel an order if there are issues such as:
- Payment disputes or fraud alerts.
- Unforeseen stock shortages or quality concerns with the product.
- Shipping restrictions to certain countries or regions.
In such cases, we will promptly notify you, and a full refund will be processed.
